These projects are examples of the work that is done by students of the Student Professional Development Program. Students make meaningful contributions to campus systems and services, as shown in the following projects that they work on.
Aggiefeed
Aggiefeed is a campus activity stream used by approved campus departments to display information as notifications and events. It provides date-driven content in real time. Aggiefeed provides content pertinent to students, faculty, staff, or made public for anyone to read.

UC Davis Mobile
UC Davis Mobile is the official UC Davis app that features real-time Unitrans bus schedules, course information, dining hall menus, email access, the campus map, and aggiefeed. UC Davis Mobile was created by ASUCD's Creative Media unit and Information and Educational Technology (IET).

IET Application Services
The Application Services team provides the software infrastructure for users and software developers across campus to build their own applications. The work of maintaining this infrastructure includes everything from keeping the Oracle databases storing critical campus data running smoothly; to writing Web Services interfaces which make that data accessible; to inventorying various applications to determine what data they need and how they’ll use it.
