JR serves as the Advising Technology supervisor within IET Academic Applications, where he leads a team of web application developers as well as a systems administrator. His team is focused on providing quality support and development of student advising tools, such as the Online Advising Student Information System (OASIS), an Advising Appointment System for coordinating student-advisor interaction, and My Degree, an online degree audit application.
